Definitions
يشير مصطلح "الاتحاد" أو "اتحاد المقاتلين الكويت" إلى منصة التدريب الإلكترونية ونظام إدارة المدربين والشهادات. يشير مصطلح "المدرب" إلى أي شخص مسجل كمدرب معتمد في المنصة. يشير مصطلح "الطالب" إلى أي شخص يشارك في التدريب، سواء كان طفلاً أو بالغاً. يشير مصطلح "الحصة" إلى جلسة التدريب الفعلية التي يقدمها المدرب.
The term "Union" or "Fighters Union Kuwait" refers to the electronic training platform and trainer/certificate management system. "Trainer" refers to any person registered as a certified trainer on the platform. "Student" refers to any person participating in training, whether child or adult. "Class" refers to the actual training session provided by the trainer.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
أتفهم وأقر بأن التدريب على الفنون القتالية ينطوي على أنشطة بدنية مكثفة واتصال جسدي مباشر. أدرك أن المشاركة قد تنطوي على خطر الإصابات الشخصية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: شد العضلات، خلع المفاصل، كسور العظام، أو في حالات نادرة جداً، إصابات خطيرة. أوافق طوعاً على المشاركة مع العلم بالمخاطر المحتملة، وأتحمل كامل المسؤولية عن أي إصابة قد تحدث. أوافق على إعفاء وتبرئة اتحاد المقاتلين الكويت ومدربيه وموظفيه من أي مطالبات أو دعاوى قضائية تنشأ عن المشاركة في التدريب.
I understand and acknowledge that martial arts training involves strenuous physical activities and direct physical contact. I recognize that participation may involve the risk of personal injuries, including but not limited to: pulled muscles, dislocated joints, bone fractures, or in very rare cases, serious injuries. I voluntarily agree to participate with knowledge of the potential risks and assume full responsibility for any injury that may occur. I agree to release and hold harmless Fighters Union Kuwait, its trainers, and employees from any claims or lawsuits arising from participation in training.
Health & Medical Requirements
يجب على المشاركين الإفصاح عن أي حالات طبية موجودة مسبقاً قبل بدء التدريب. يشمل ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: مشاكل القلب، ارتفاع أو انخفاض ضغط الدم، مرض السكري، مشاكل المفاصل أو التهاب المفاصل، مشاكل الظهر، إصابات الرأس، مشاكل التنفس، أو أي أدوية موصوفة. يُنصح بشدة باستشارة الطبيب قبل المشاركة في التدريب المكثف. في حالة الطوارئ الطبية، أمنح الإذن لموظفي الاتحاد أو المدرب بالحصول على خدمات الإسعاف أو الطبيب، وأوافق على تحمل جميع التكاليف المترتبة على ذلك.
Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before starting training. This includes but is not limited to: heart problems, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems or arthritis, back problems, head injuries, breathing problems, or any prescribed medications. It is strongly recommended to consult a physician before participating in intensive training. In case of medical emergency, I authorize Union staff or trainer to obtain ambulance or doctor services, and I agree to bear all costs incurred.
Payment Terms & Fees
يتم الدفع مباشرة للمدرب حسب الاتفاق المبرم بينكم. اتحاد المقاتلين الكويت هو منصة إلكترونية تربط المدربين بالطلاب ولا يتحمل مسؤولية المعاملات المالية بين الطرفين. رسوم العضوية السنوية للمدربين غير قابلة للاسترداد. رسوم إصدار الشهادات تُدفع لمرة واحدة عند كل طلب. جميع الرسوم المدفوعة للمنصة غير قابلة للاسترداد أو التحويل ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك كتابياً.
Payment is made directly to the trainer as agreed between you. Fighters Union Kuwait is an electronic platform connecting trainers with students and does not bear responsibility for financial transactions between parties. Annual trainer membership fees are non-refundable. Certificate issuance fees are paid once per request. All fees paid to the platform are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Attendance & Scheduling
من المهم الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة لكل حصة تدريبية. بالنسبة للأطفال، يجب على ولي الأمر البقاء معهم حتى وصول المدرب. يحتفظ المدربون بالحق في تغيير مواعيد أو مواقع الحصص لأسباب طارئة. في حالة إلغاء حصة، قد يتم تقديم حصة بديلة أو تعويضية حسب سياسة كل مدرب. الحصص الفائتة بسبب غياب الطالب غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم يتفق على خلاف ذلك مع المدرب.
It is important to adhere to the specified times for each training session. For children, the guardian must stay with them until the trainer arrives. Trainers reserve the right to change class times or locations for emergency reasons. In case of class cancellation, an alternative or makeup class may be offered according to each trainer's policy. Missed classes due to student absence are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed with the trainer.
Code of Conduct & Discipline
يُتوقع من جميع المشاركين إظهار الاحترام والانضباط تجاه المدربين والطلاب الآخرين والمرافق. الانضباط جزء أساسي من ثقافة الفنون القتالية. يحتفظ المدربون بالحق في إنهاء التدريب لأي طالب يُظهر سلوكاً غير منضبط بشكل مستمر أو يؤثر سلباً على تدريب الآخرين. لا يُسمح بالتنمر أو العدوانية أو السلوك غير اللائق. في حالة سوء السلوك الخطير، قد يتم إنهاء العضوية فوراً دون استرداد الرسوم.
All participants are expected to show respect and discipline towards trainers, other students, and facilities. Discipline is an essential part of martial arts culture. Trainers reserve the right to terminate training for any student who consistently displays undisciplined behavior or negatively affects others' training. Bullying, aggression, or inappropriate behavior is not allowed. In case of serious misconduct, membership may be terminated immediately without refund.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الكويت. أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو يتعلق بهذه الشروط يجب حله أولاً من خلال التفاوض الودي. إذا تعذر الوصول إلى حل، يتم إحالة النزاع إلى المحاكم المختصة في دولة الكويت. باستخدام هذه المنصة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وتقر بأنك قرأتها وفهمتها بالكامل.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms must first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in the State of Kuwait. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood them.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance
باستخدام منصة اتحاد المقاتلين الكويت، سواء كمدرب أو طالب، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه. هذه الاتفاقية ملزمة وغير قابلة للتفاوض. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام المنصة أو المشاركة في أي أنشطة تدريبية.
By using the Fighters Union Kuwait platform, whether as a trainer or student, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions stated above. This agreement is binding and non-negotiable. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform or participate in any training activities.
